Vegetables and greens have natural salts in their composition, so when they are cooked, it is quite possible to do without a cookbook, which destroys vitamins (especially in delicate greens). Even those who are not going to give up this product are also advised to cook greens without salt, so it is more delicious. Salt is a very unsuccessful substitute for sodium, which is found in potatoes, beets, and seaweed. Whole grains and dried fruits are useful and no less tasty. They are also sources of natural salt.

With a healthy diet, semi-finished products, prepared meat products should be avoided - they are rich not only in salt, but also in other harmful additives. We'll have to abandon pickles and marinades, various kinds of ready-made sauces and broth cubes. It is advisable not to even look in the direction of various salty snacks: chips, cookies. Salty nuts are also harmful, although they are in their natural form one of the most useful goodies.

It has long been proven that a person’s kidneys excrete only 25 grams of salt per day, which is about one tablespoon. It also takes into account sodium and chlorine, which are naturally incorporated in products. Such a quantity of salt can be excreted from the body only by healthy kidneys.

The salt deposited in the body holds water around it and complicates the work of many organs. Having abandoned salt, a person is freed from this excess fluid. Further along the chain - pressure decreases, the load on the heart decreases, the work of the kidneys improves, the skin breathes freely.

For the sake of this, it is worth switching to a healthy diet and abandon salt. This is not such a big sacrifice to achieve good health.
