Cooking:

  1. To start, you should prepare beef. To do this, it must be washed in running water. Then, using a sharp knife, the meat is cut into rather thin sticks of small size.
  2. Pour oil into a pan and place it on a hot stove. After it is heated, add meat. It must be fried over medium heat with regular stirring.
  3. Remove the husk from the bulb and rinse it thoroughly in running water. Then it should be cut into half rings of medium thickness and mixed with roasted beef, after the juice that has evaporated from the pan evaporates.
  4. Then the mushrooms are washed. They are cut into not very large, but not too small pieces. Then the champignons get enough sleep in a pan with meat.
  5. If necessary, remove the peel from the cucumbers using a knife and cut them into thin slices. Combine the pickles with the rest of the ingredients. Fry the contents of the pan until cooked with regular stirring.
  6. Almost at the very end of cooking, cream should be added to the dish. Cover the pan and simmer the contents for a quarter of an hour. And at the very end, if you wish, you can pour finely chopped dill greens.
  7. Such beef stroganoff with various side dishes is served and it simply has a unique and very gentle taste, as well as an amazing aroma.
