- - cucumber pickle or water - 200 milliliters;
- - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
- - ghee or vegetable oil, salt, spices.

Rinse the meat, cut into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Dice and carrots with onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. Chop the garlic.

Put the beef in the multicooker bowl, add the oil, mix. Close the lid, select the program “Frying / baking”, cook for twenty minutes, sometimes stirring.

Open the lid, add the carrot and onion, mix. Close the lid, select the same program, cook for ten minutes, stirring.

Add tomatoes and cucumber, mix, close the lid again, cook again for ten minutes.

Now add garlic, potatoes, brine, tomato water, salt and spices to taste. Close the lid, select the "Extinguishing" program, cook the basics in Tatar for one hour. Bon Appetit!
