Thinking of cooking an Austrian apple strudel, soak raisins in advance. Better to do it at night. Then pour 50 ml of drinking water into a convenient pan. Add to it cognac and sugar in the amount of 2 tablespoons. Put the pot on the fire and bring the composition to a boil. Pour the hot composition into raisins.

Next, prepare the dough. Combine softened butter with sifted flour and salt. Pour 100-120 ml of water, prepare the dough. Thoroughly knead the dough for 5 minutes, wrap in a film and put in the cold for 2 hours.
