For this dish you will need:

  • Pollock fillet 600 - 800 gr.

  • Large carrot - 1 pc.

  • Large onion - 1 pc.

  • Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp

  • Salt, ground pepper.

  • Sunflower oil.

We rub the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into thin rings and pour everything into a frying pan heated with oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix, cover and pass until tender. Sprinkle the baking dish with salt and pepper and spread the pieces of fish tightly to each other. Lubricate the fish with mayonnaise (preferably low-fat so that it spreads well) and add vegetables. We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 30-35 minutes.
