A universal way to cook any fish is to fry it with onions. We will cook silver carp with onions. Curry will give the fish not only a spicy aroma, but also a beautiful golden color.

- - 3 onions;
- - 10 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 10 tbsp. tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil;
- - curry, ground ginger, black pepper, salt.

Clean the silver carp, separate the head, cut the fish itself in portions. Do not rush to get rid of the fish head - it is ideal for soup, so you can put it in the freezer.

Salt the fish pieces to taste, pepper, add ground ginger. Store in a cool place for 5-10 minutes.

Peel the onions, chop them coarsely, fry in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil until transparent. You can season the onions with chili or dried garlic. Put the fried onions on a plate.

In the same skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil. Mix flour with curry. Bread pieces of fish breaded. Put in hot oil, fry over medium heat until golden brown.

The fish cooks very quickly, so do not leave the stove - the silver carp can burn, then you will not get a golden fish for lunch or dinner.

Arrange the pieces of golden silver carp on the serving plates, lay the fried onions on top. As a side dish, you can serve baked potatoes.
