Breakfast should include no more than 25% of the total daily allowance, lunch should be no more than 35%, afternoon tea should be light and exceed 15% of the norm, and dinner should include the remaining 25%. Be sure to remember that dinner is necessary no later than 2.5-3 hours before bedtime. This will allow complete assimilation of food, because at night the digestive system is working much more slowly.
