You will need
- - 325 g of kidneys;
- - 195 g of onions;
- - 125 g of hard cheese;
- - 65 g of dried porcini mushrooms;
- - 135 ml sour cream;
- - 45 ml of sunflower oil;
- - salt;
- - pepper.

The kidneys should be washed properly, remove the film from them, then boil them in salted water for 35 minutes.

Soak dried mushrooms for 1 hour in water or milk.

Finished kidneys cut into small pieces. Heat a pan with sunflower oil and fry the kidneys on it until they change color.

Peel onions, wash and cut into thin rings, and then transfer them to a pan to the kidneys.

Drain the water or milk from the mushrooms, cut them and add also to the pan, salt and pepper. Continue to fry over low heat for another 35 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Put the finished kidneys in special tins, add sour cream and grated cheese to them. Put the molds in the oven and bake at a temperature not exceeding 190 degrees for about 16 minutes.
