Many people like real homemade dough cakes. Below we look at a recipe for fried flat cakes with the addition of fruit in them. You can choose the fruits you want. They are added directly to the dough during its preparation. It turns out quite original and very tasty.

You will need
- 2 slices of white bread (stale and without crust);
- 2 cups of milk;
- 1 cup flour;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara;
- a pinch of salt;
- 2 tbsp. l fat (for frying);
- 1 deep plate of fruit (any).

Beat the chicken eggs, add flour, a pinch of salt to them and pour in the milk. In the resulting mass, add diced bread, finely chopped and mixed with sugar fruit.

After that, heat the skillet with fat, make tortillas from the mass prepared above and fry them like regular pancakes.

Fold the prepared cakes in half, then sprinkle with powdered sugar, which is pre-mixed with cinnamon.

Serve such cakes better hot, optionally with berry syrup or jam.
