To clear a piece of a liver of a film. Cut into pieces, 2 cm thick. Pepper, salt and fry in olive oil for no more than 10 minutes.

Grate potatoes and zucchini, mix with 3 yolks (for a bunch of the resulting mass). Fry the resulting pancakes in vegetable oil until a beautiful crust.

We put the fried beef liver in the oven and pancakes for heating for about 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
