- - 1 tablespoon flour;
- - 3 eggs;
- - seasoning "Maggie."

To clear a piece of a liver of a film. Cut into pieces, 2 cm thick. Pepper, salt and fry in olive oil for no more than 10 minutes.

Grate potatoes and zucchini, mix with 3 yolks (for a bunch of the resulting mass). Fry the resulting pancakes in vegetable oil until a beautiful crust.

We put the fried beef liver in the oven and pancakes for heating for about 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.

Chop the onion and bacon coarsely.

Fry the bacon and then add the onions to the pan. Stir, add cream and milk, sprinkle with flour. You should get a homogeneous mass without lumps.

Serve on a plate in layers: 1 - liver, 2 - vegetable pancakes and pour sauce on top. It is better to try hot with a glass of dry wine.
