We crumble the bread and soak it in milk. Cut the mushrooms as thin as possible.

We cut the onion into thin half rings. Carrots - thin plates or grate coarsely.

In a pan we combine butter and vegetable oil. Fry onion with carrot on this mixture. Add mushrooms to them and fry for another 10 minutes.

Finely chop the parsley. Squeeze the garlic. We squeeze out excess milk from bread.

Combine bread with egg, garlic and parsley to mix.

Add fried mushroom minced meat with salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix the mass thoroughly. If the forcemeat is liquid, add the breadcrumbs.

Stuffing the minced meat in a greased form, pour the egg and bake at 200 ° C for 45 minutes.
