  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons flour, butter;

  • - 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper.

  • For sprinkling:

  • - 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs;

  • - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese;

  • - 1 tbsp. tablespoon melted butter.

Boil broccoli in boiling slightly salted water first. If you put it in frozen water, then you need to boil it for 5 minutes, in fresh enough 2-3 minutes - it should retain its bright green color. Drain water immediately, you can even rinse it quickly under ice-cold water. It is very important not to digest broccoli.

Put the finished broccoli in a baking dish, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice on top. Lay out a layer of cooked chicken meat - boiled, fried or baked.

Make the cheese sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a small saucepan, dissolve 3 tablespoons of flour in it. Pour in milk and any broth (meat or vegetable), add pepper and salt, stir the mixture constantly. Add cheese to the sauce, mix until it is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, pour the sauce of cooked broccoli with chicken.

Mix bread crumbs with grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon melted butter, sprinkle with the mixture the contents of the form. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
