Chicken and zucchini casserole will satisfy even the most demanding gourmets. And if you reduce the amount of cheese, you will get a completely dietary dish. For 3-4 servings we will need:

  1. Chicken Breast - 300 g
  2. Zucchini - 500 g without seeds (you can take a young fruit and use it whole)
  3. Mozzarella - 1 lump
  4. Parmesan Cheese - 200 g
  5. Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 fruit
  6. Pitted olives - 8-10 pcs.
  7. Salt, pepper, vegetable oil - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Finely chop the chicken breast fillet and put it in a baking dish, a little greased with vegetable oil. Salt, pepper.
  2. Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
  3. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and lightly fry on both sides (in the diet version of the dish you can not do this). We spread it on the chicken fillet.
  4. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices, three parmesan on a grater, and chop the bell pepper into small pieces, cut the olives into slices.
  5. We spread the mozzarella on the zucchini, sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  6. Top with paprika and olives.
  7. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
