Try to prepare the meat sauce for a variety of its taste. For example, take a glass of blackcurrant, half a glass of red dry wine, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, three teaspoons of sugar. Pure currants with a blender, transfer to a small saucepan, heat. Add wine, cinnamon and sugar. Boil alcohol for at least 10 minutes over medium heat, having previously brought to a boil. To thicken the sauce, you can add a little flour or starch.
