First you need to beat the garlic crackers in a blender until crumbs are formed. Then you need to prepare a baking sheet, cover it with foil and sprinkle with oil. Heat the broiler in the oven.

All ingredients except oil must be mixed in a large cup. Make small balls of them and put them on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil on top and send into the oven under the broiler for 15-20 minutes. No need to flip. After the time has passed, it is necessary to increase the broiler temperature to high and bake another 3-5 minutes.

For the sauce, the oil with garlic must be heated over moderate heat in a pan. As soon as the garlic sizzles, put tomatoes, basil, pour wine, salt and pepper into the pan. Mix everything and put the balls in the sauce. Leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
