Instruction manual

1

Prepare the muffin toppings. Rub cheese on a coarse grater, bell peppers, peeled from seeds, and cut the bacon into small cubes.

2

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar. Add sour cream with kefir, mix until smooth. Pour in vegetable oil and mix again.

3

Sift flour with baking powder for the dough. In a couple, mix it with the liquid mass. You can take wheat and rye flour in half or use one flour. The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream. Add flour if necessary.

4

Add the prepared bacon, cheese, pepper to the finished dough, mix. Add the corn. You can take frozen corn grains or canned.

5

Lay out the dough on muffin tins, send for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Let the ready-made snack muffins cool down, serve warm.

6

Snack muffins with corn, bacon and sweet pepper are airy, aromatic, porous, slightly moist. They can even diversify the festive table, serving instead of the usual canapes for many.
