Cut the crab sticks into 3 pieces. Take raw chicken breast, cut it into small cubes, salt, sprinkle with spices. Chop green onions and sweet bell peppers of any color in length like crab sticks, all ingredients should be about the same length.

Beat raw eggs with a pinch of salt until a light foam forms. Place chopped cubes on toothpicks or skewers, alternating in color or your taste preferences. Dip in an egg, then dip in breadcrumbs sprinkled on a flat plate.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the appetizer on skewers, fry over medium heat until golden brown. Put the finished "Vietnamese rugs" on paper napkins or a towel so that the excess oil glass from the snack.
