Peel the avocado, freeing from the "nut", cut into small pieces, and then mash in a blender. Add green peas, lemon juice, salt, pepper (to taste) in mashed avocado puree and beat until smooth.

Whip the cream separately, and then gradually add in small portions to the avocado-pea puree and mix gently. Divide all the cherry tomatoes into two halves.
