Snacks on the festive table are the most important and crucial part. Herring under a fur coat and Olivier are hits on New Year's Eve. But to limit yourself to such "classic" snacks on any occasion, most likely, is not worth it.

A good idea for a festive snack table is delicious mini rolls, which are very easy to make and convenient to eat. You can "spin" such rolls from nothing: from pita bread and cheese, from zucchini and salmon, from ham and baked pumpkin.
For the festive menu, there is another great idea - to stuff something. That stuffing can succumb to everything. From something, something native is taken out and replaced with some filling: eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, eggs, onions and fish. The filling can be anything that is mashed or minced: olives, shrimp, cheese with herbs or garlic, egg yolk with cheese, mushrooms, as well as some cereals.
Let's look at a recipe for cooking stuffed eggs. This recipe is perhaps the cheapest and easiest snack option. Thanks to some features, we get not only stuffed eggs, but simply a “bomb”.
In order to prepare such an appetizer for six servings, you must have:
10 eggs, 1 pc. large onions, carrots - 1 pc., 50 g butter, three tablespoons of mayonnaise, but add pepper and salt to your taste.
- Hard boil eggs and cool under a stream of cold water. Peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half, remove the yolks and knead them.
- Finely chop the onion. Grate carrots on a fine grater. Fry carrots and onions in butter. Pepper and salt.
- Add carrots with onions to the yolks. To make the mixture much airier, add mayonnaise and mix well.
- We start the proteins with the prepared mixture. Sprinkle with chopped green onions stuffed eggs or other herbs.
That's all.
