  • flour - 250-300 gr.;

  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons in the dough + oil for greasing the pan

  • butter (for greasing ready-made pancakes) - 100 gr.

Step by step cooking:

1. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar. Stir whisk until smooth.

2. Pour into the eggs near a glass of milk and mix.

3. Add sifted flour and mix. You should get a dough with a consistency of thick sour cream.

4. Pour in the remaining milk and mix.

  • mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

  • salt to taste.

1. Smoked chicken breast, Beijing cabbage and cucumbers cut into thin strips and put in a salad bowl.

2. Cut the olives into four parts and add to the salad.

3. Knead the dough with eggs, milk, starch and a pinch of salt.

4. Warm the pan well and grease it with oil.

5. Bake thin egg pancakes.

1. Heat the milk to a temperature of 30-32 degrees. Add sugar, yeast and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Beat the egg with a whisk, add to the milk and mix.

3. Pour flour, salt and mix again so that there are no lumps.

4. Warm the pan and grease with vegetable oil.

5. Bake pancakes by greasing them with butter.

6. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.

7. Wash the mushrooms, chop, salt and fry with onions.

8. Boil the chicken, chop finely, put in mushrooms and fry.
