You will need
- - 180 g of lamb
- - 140 g quince
- - 60 g of onion
- - 150 ml of white wine
- - 70 g of grapes
- - a bunch of cilantro
- - salt
- - two tablespoons of vegetable oil

Cut the flesh of the lamb. Wash the meat, dry it. Peel the quince, cut into small pieces. Chop the onion.

Cut the grapes. Chop the cilantro finely. Pour vegetable oil into the pan in the amount of a tablespoon.

Put the meat out. Fry lightly, add onion. Place quince slices on a separate frying pan with oil, fry a little.

Pour a small amount of water into the meat, simmer for 15 minutes. Transfer the pieces of meat to the quince. Pour in the same white wine.

Add grapes, herbs. Salt, mix. And immediately remove from heat. Fragrant and nutritious dish is ready.
note
For the recipe, a seedless grape variety is suitable. A wine is better to take dry.
