Start the pita with minced meat. To do this, chop one onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Grate one carrot on a medium grater and add to the onion. Sauté the vegetables until the carrots are half cooked. Then put in a pan 400 grams of minced meat, consisting of pork and beef.

Continue frying for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly and separating the resulting lumps. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper a few minutes before cooking. Grate 50 grams of cheese and cut two tomatoes into thin circles.

Wash and dry a few leaves of green salad, and then prepare the garlic sauce. To do this, squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press, mix them with 150 grams of mayonnaise, add a sufficient amount of chopped parsley and dill, mix.

Lubricate a sheet of pita bread with half of garlic sauce, step back a little from the edges and lay a layer of minced meat on it. Coat the second sheet of pita bread on both sides with the remaining sauce and lay on the minced meat. Lay lettuce and tomatoes on top, then pour the top layer with a small amount of mayonnaise. Lubricate the third sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise on both sides, place on top, sprinkle with cheese and roll everything together into a roll.

Make an easy option for filling with vegetables. To do this, cut into cubes 2 large onions and 250 grams of fresh mushrooms. Grate one medium-sized carrot on a coarse grater. Fry the mushrooms with vegetables in vegetable oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

To prepare the holiday filling, boil hard-boiled three eggs and chop them as small as possible. Open a jar of canned pink salmon in oil and drain excess liquid from it, and mash the fish with a fork. In a separate bowl, chop a few twigs of parsley and dill, and then grate 4 cloves of garlic on a grater. Mix with 150 grams of mayonnaise.

Lay on a table a sheet of pita bread and brush with sauce, grate 50 grams of cheese on top and cover with a second sheet of pita bread, smeared with mayonnaise on both sides. Lay the canned fish in the next layer, cover them with a sheet of pita bread, then coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle pita bread with chopped eggs and roll it all together in a tight roll.
