Frittata is a famous vegetable pie that can be easily cooked at home. The combination of vegetables with a gentle potato dough makes this recipe low-calorie and as a result, the pie will be hearty with a gentle filling.

Rinse thoroughly, peel all vegetables. Remove the peel from the potato, peel the tomato. To do this, first dip the tomato in boiling water for 2-4 minutes. So the skin will move faster. Cut the tomatoes. Divide the bell pepper into two parts and remove the internal seeds.

Finely chop the potatoes into cubes, and then boil until half cooked in water with salt. Put the potatoes to cool in a separate bowl. Rinse mushrooms, remove excess dirt and grind in any form. Chop the onion into small cubes.

Cut bell pepper and ham into thin strips. Take the potatoes, mash with a pestle. Next, add eggs, salt and pepper to the potato mass. Crushed garlic also put in the dough. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass.

Grease the deep form with oil, put a layer of potato dough. Separately, fry all vegetables and ham in a pan. Place the filling on a layer of potatoes and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes. After this time, open the oven, remove the frit, sprinkle with grated cheese and put the dish in the oven again. After 10-15 minutes the cake will be ready. Put the frit tattoos on a flat dish and serve with sour cream sauce.

In Italy, it is customary to sprinkle frit tattoos with sweet paprika or oregano.
