Eight hundred grams of fresh pork or beef meat cut into small pieces. Fry the meat in a deep skillet or pan (in a small amount of sunflower or olive oil). When the pieces of meat have an appetizing, crispy and golden appearance, add the onions, chopped into thin rings, into the pan. Salt, pepper and season with aromatic spices (to taste). Stir everything thoroughly and fry for another three to five minutes over medium heat.

While preparing onions and meat, prepare other ingredients. Cut sweet bell pepper into thin strips, finely chop the mushrooms and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Then pepper, mushrooms, carrots and a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste put in a pan and, stirring constantly, fry for five minutes. Then add three hundred milliliters of boiled water and simmer over low heat for thirty to forty minutes. Stir occasionally and add water if necessary. After the dish is ready, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Cut eight hundred grams of pork fillet into small plates. Cut one onion head into half rings. Fight the meat well on both sides and fry it a little in a pan with onions. After the pork is browned, place it on a baking sheet. Fat melted during frying, also drain into a baking sheet. Season with salt, pepper and season with your favorite spices (to taste).

Sort, wash and boil the mushrooms in salted water for ten minutes. Drain the water, and finely chop the mushrooms. Then put mushrooms and onions on top of the meat. Then put the tomatoes, sliced ​​in circles, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake for thirty to forty minutes in the oven at a temperature of two hundred degrees.
