Wash the eggs, put in water, cook, cool, peel, pass through a special egg cutter. Rinse the fillet, boil until tender, let it cool, cut into small pieces. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Make onions in half rings, put on a plate, sprinkle with sugar, slightly crush with your hands so that the vegetable gives juice, pour vinegar. Set aside for 25-30 minutes.

Mix all the products, salt, season with mayonnaise. Take mayonnaise light, the dish turns out to be quite satisfying, excessive fat content will be superfluous. The greens in this salad do not suit the general taste, it overloads the dish. If the salad seems to be fresh, add a small amount of black pepper.

Chicken Salad with Cheese and Pineapple

Prepare 100-150 g of hard cheese, such as Parmesan, 200 g chicken fillet, 3 eggs, a small jar of canned pineapple cubes, ½ cup walnuts, mayonnaise.

Light chicken salad with cheese and herbs

In this salad, the ingredients can be laid out in layers, or you can just mix all the ingredients, it will turn out equally tasty.

Take 400 g of chicken, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 2 small cucumbers, 150 g of hard cheese, 40 g of green onions, 3 radishes, mayonnaise, green lettuce, chicken spices.

For a casual version of the salad, when all the components are simply mixed, cut the radishes into small cubes.

Pour water into the pan, salt, add spices, put the meat, cook. Cut the finished chicken into cubes. Grate cheese, divide eggs into yolks and proteins. Mash the yolk with a fork, and grind the whites with a knife. Finely chop the onion, peel the cucumbers, cut into bars.

Proceed with laying out the lettuce. Take a beautiful flat dish, put salad leaves on it, a layer of chicken on them, then distribute cheese, cucumbers, egg white. Cover all layers with a grid of mayonnaise. Sprinkle the edges and top with green onions. Put crushed yolks on the central part of the top of the salad, and spread the radishes around them in circles.

Salad can be served immediately, as young cucumbers are tender and quickly lose juice.
