You will need

  • - fresh cabbage (4.5 kg);

  • – Bulgarian pepper of different colors (0.7 kg);

  • - onion (0.8 kg);

  • - fresh carrots (0.8 kg);

  • - vegetable oil (0.4 l);

  • - Aceus (0.4 L);

  • - salt (3.5 tbsp. L.);

  • - sugar sand (320 g).

Instruction manual

1

Prepare the products. To do this, first peel all the vegetables. Rinse bell peppers, carrots, cabbage thoroughly. Remove the wilted leaves from the cabbage, peel the onions and carrots from the top peel.

2

Take a wide wooden cutting board, put onion first and cut into thin half rings. Place the onions in a separate deep cup. Next, cut the bell pepper in strips as well and put in the onion.

3

Carrots should be grated for Korean carrots and added to onions and peppers. Chop the cabbage separately as thinly as possible. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl and leave for a while to isolate the juice.

4

Prepare the marinade to prepare. Take a cup, pour in the required amount of vinegar, oil, salt and add sugar. Pour the vegetable mixture with marinade, mix well with a wooden spatula. Leave the infusion blank again.

5

While vegetables are pickled, do not forget to prepare jars. Sterilize the jars in a convenient way and spread the cabbage. Seal tightly with clean lids and place the jars in a cold place. Cabbage will be ready in 3-5 days, after which the harvest should be stored only in the refrigerator or cellar.

note

Cabbage can be served as an independent dish, as well as add to other dishes.
