This is a simple, but very tasty curd cookie, which is suitable for both everyday table and celebration. To prepare it, you need to take:

- 1 cup of wheat flour;

- 200 g of cottage cheese;

- 120 g butter;

- 120 g of granulated sugar;

- 2 egg yolks;

- zest of 1 lemon;

- 1 tsp baking powder;

- 1 bag of coconut flakes;

- 100 g of honey.

Chopped softened butter and flour with a knife. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or a metal colander. Add sugar, cottage cheese, egg yolks, grated lemon zest, baking powder to a flour mixture and knead steep dough from all components. Roll it into a bun and let it stand for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Then roll the dough into a layer 1 cm thick and cut the cookies with curly shapes. Put the prepared products on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 170 ° C. Then cool the cookies and transfer to a dish.
