You will need

  • - 200 g of frozen squid;

  • - 120 g of carrots;

  • - 120 g of beets;

  • - 120 g of pickles;

  • - 160 g of potatoes;

  • - 25 g of green onions;

  • - 1 teaspoon of 3% vinegar;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;

  • - salt and black pepper.

Boil carrots, beets, potatoes in lightly salted water until cooked. Drain and cool the vegetables.

To boil squid, boil water in a pan, add a pinch of salt, black ground pepper, bay leaf. Dip one into boiling water, soak the squid there for about 10-15 seconds and remove. Remove the remnants of the skin, remove the inside of the squid and the transparent spine.

Peel the vegetables. Cut into small cubes carrots, beets and potatoes. Cut pickles and green onion arrows. Combine the vegetables in one bowl. Add the prepared squid, salt and black pepper to taste.

Add vegetable oil, vinegar to the total mass and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the finished vinaigrette with chopped green onions or garnish with onion rings.
