You will need

  • - 3 glasses of water;

  • - 1 kg of grapes;

  • - 1 1/5 kg of sugar;

  • - 2 g of vanillin.

Instruction manual

1

Take a kilogram of grapes. You can choose a variety at your discretion, but it is better, of course, to buy seedless grapes. Rinse the berries under water, remove from twigs and put in an enamel container.

2

Make sugar syrup for jam. For a kilogram of grapes you need to take 600 ml of ordinary water and 600 g of granulated sugar (divide the remaining sugar into three parts). Boil the syrup until thickened and sugar is completely dissolved.

3

Pour the prepared berries with hot syrup, leave for 8-9 hours. After that, fill in the first part of sugar, put on low heat and cook for 15 minutes - no more. Then again set the future jam for the winter at 8 o’clock. So repeat the procedure twice, using all parts of sugar. On the last run, add some vanillin to the jam to give it a pleasant aroma.

4

Sterilize jam jars in advance. It is better to close it in small jars - it’s more convenient to store it, and one open small jar will quickly leave, you won’t have to store it in the refrigerator for a long time.

5

Pour hot grape jam into jars, close tightly with lids. Store in a cool, dark place.

Useful advice

If you decide to cook the Divine Grapes jam from green berries, then add cherry leaves during the cooking process - then the color of the berries will not change.
