You will need
- In two servings:
- - Fresh oysters - 6 pieces;
- - cider - 1/2 cup;
- - one apple;
- - Bulgarian red pepper - 1/2 pieces;
- - shallots - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - chopped parsley, apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon.

Clean the oysters first. Then put them in a pan, add cider, bring to a boil. Cover, cook over high heat - all oysters should open.

Put oysters on a plate. Let them cool for thirty minutes. If some oysters do not open, then simply remove them.

Do not rush to pour oyster liquid - strain it, mix two tablespoons of liquid with chopped pepper, apple, chopped shallots, parsley. Add apple cider vinegar, pepper, salt.

Remove the upper shell from the oysters, put the second halves on the plates. Serve apple and pepper sauce separately for the appetizer. Bon Appetit!
