  • - chopped parsley, apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

  • - black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon.

Clean the oysters first. Then put them in a pan, add cider, bring to a boil. Cover, cook over high heat - all oysters should open.

Put oysters on a plate. Let them cool for thirty minutes. If some oysters do not open, then simply remove them.

Do not rush to pour oyster liquid - strain it, mix two tablespoons of liquid with chopped pepper, apple, chopped shallots, parsley. Add apple cider vinegar, pepper, salt.
