Tarte is a French pie made from special dough. Curd tart can be both a dessert dish and the main one. Curd tart will please all members of your family during breakfast.

You will need

  • • Flour - 250 g

  • • Sour cream - 100 g

  • • Sugar - 300 g

  • • Eggs - 3 pcs.

  • • Water - 140 ml

  • • Frozen peaches - 400 g

  • • Frozen Blackberry - 150 g

  • • Cottage cheese - 500 g

  • • Semolina - 50 g

  • • Rum - 1 tbsp.

  • • Baking powder - 2 tsp.

  • • Butter - 150 g

  • • Starch - 25 g

Prepare the basis of tarte: mix the soft oil with flour, yolks of 2 eggs, sugar (50 g), sour cream (50 g) and baking powder (1 tsp). Mix everything well and knead the elastic, but elastic dough.

Distribute the dough in a baking dish. Set aside for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Heat peaches in a pan by adding rum and granulated sugar (50 g).

Dissolve starch in water, combine with boiling peaches, add blackberry and mix well, boil until a thick consistency is formed for about a minute.

Egg whites (2 pcs), together with 60 g of sugar, beat until a stable foam.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Cover the surface of the dough evenly with fruit and berry mass.

Beat the cottage cheese with an egg, baking powder, semolina, sour cream and sugar with a mixer. Spread the resulting mass on top of berries and fruits.

Squeeze whipped proteins through a pastry bag over the curd layer. Bake 40-60 at 170C. Garnish with a blackberry. Cottage cheese tart with peaches is equally tasty, both in cold and in hot form.
