You will need:
- 300 grams of cottage cheese (fat content - optional), - 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina;
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream (fat content, again, if desired);
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 2-3 medium sized apples;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- a pinch of cinnamon;
- salt;
-1 tsp butter.
Prepare the apples first. Rinse, clean (if the skin is thin, you can leave it). Remove the core, cut into thin plastics or slices. Turn on the oven at a temperature of approximately 200 ° C.
Now take a bowl, put the cottage cheese in it, carefully rub it. Break the egg into the cottage cheese, add sour cream, semolina, sugar, cinnamon. Salt to taste. Stir everything.
Prepare the mold. If it is silicone, do not add oil. If it’s ordinary, warm the oil a little in it, spread on the bottom and walls.
Slices of apples or mix with the curd mass or put in the form, and pour the mass. And put in the oven for half an hour. When the casserole rises and brown, take out, the dish is ready.
Serve warm or cold with tea, coffee. You can pour sour cream on request.
