  • - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • - 3 tablespoons 9% vinegar

  • - 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

  • - 2 peas of allspice

  • - 2 peas of hot pepper

  • - 3 cloves of cloves

  • - Bay leaf

  • - 3-4 green onion feathers

Gut the cleaned carp scales, wash well with cold water, cut off the head. Cut along the ridge and divide into two parts.

Cut into portions, sprinkle with ground pepper and salt. Leave for 15-20 minutes in a cool place.

After waiting time, pour the flour into a plate and dip the prepared pieces of carp in advance, heat the pan and fry in vegetable oil.

Cut the peeled onion into rings or half rings and fry for several minutes in vegetable oil.

Put half of the onion in a pan, add allspice and bitter pepper, peas, cloves, vinegar, bay leaf and sugar.

On these products we place the fried pieces of carp and sprinkle with the remaining onion on top. Pour with cooled broth and simmer until tender.

The carp table is served with fried potatoes with finely chopped parsley and onion.
