Cooking:

  3. Knead the dough, you need to do it fast enough to make the dough uniform and soft.

  4. Take a clean container, a little oil, so that the dough does not stick. Put the dough in it and cover with a towel. Set aside in heat for 40 minutes so that it comes up.

  5. After the specified time, remove the dough from the bowl and knead it again, so that it returns to its previous volume. And return it to heat again for 30 minutes.

  6. Cooking pumpkin stuffing. Wash and dry the pumpkin with a napkin. Cut and peel and fibrous pulp, grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Next, pour the grated pumpkin into a colander in order to stack the juice we do not need. Rinse pumpkin seeds under running water and dry.
