You will need
- - 4 potato tubers;
- - 200 g of champignons;
- - 3 onions;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 kg of veal;
- - 2 tablespoons of dry wine;
- - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- - 50 g of peeled pistachios;
- - 70 ml cream;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 carrot;
- - salt;
- - Ground black pepper.
Instruction manual

Boil potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain the water.

Peel and cut the mushrooms into cubes.

Chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the onion with garlic. Add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.

Beat the meat, salt, pepper, sprinkle with wine and leave for 30 minutes.

Dice potatoes, mix with mushrooms, herbs and pistachios. Stir in the cream with the egg.

Put the stuffing on a layer of meat, roll it up and tie it with culinary thread.

Cut the remaining onions and carrots into a deep pan.

Place the meat in a baking sheet, pour 150 ml of water and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Then turn the roll and bake for another 45 minutes.

It is not necessary to tie a roll. You can just cut the veal into slices.

To make the veal especially soft, pour it with diluted dry wine and leave overnight.
