You will need
- - 200 g spinach tagliatelle
- - 2 eggs
- For the sauce
- - 1 carrot
- - 2 onions
- - 250 g smoked salmon
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons butter
- - 100 g of dry white wine
- - 300 g cream
- - pepper, salt

- - 100 g of red caviar

Dip the noodles in a large amount of boiling salt water, cook for 9 minutes. Rinse in cold water.

While the pasta is cooking, cut the carrots into thin strips. Rinse the onions with water and cut them into thin strips with salmon.

Melt the butter in a pan, add carrots and onions. Cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender.

Add wine and cream to the resulting mixture, simmer for 5 minutes. Lay strips of salmon, season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Arrange the dish on serving plates, sprinkle with your favorite cheese and pour the sauce. Garnish with a spoon of red caviar.
