Rinse the pork thoroughly first. Add garlic, paprika, parsley, olive oil, basil, onion and leave to marinate overnight.

Make a few punctures with a knife along the bone. Take a frying pan, heat it up well and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The meat should have a golden brown.

Make a fragrant oil. In a bowl, mix the butter at room temperature, add lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste, add herbs and mix well.
