Souffle from meat and cottage cheese is a very delicate and tasty dish. Thanks to the veal souffle it turns out to be very light, but satisfying. Souffle will take a crown place on your dining table.

You will need

  • - 500 g of veal young

  • - 500 g of homemade cottage cheese

  • - 2 chicken eggs

  • - 30 g butter

  • - 30 g of hard cheese

  • - 30 g of white bread

  • - 40 ml of milk

Wash the meat, peel the films and fat, cut into two or three parts and cook until it cooks for about 1 hour. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and allow to cool, covering it with a towel.

Twist the meat, cottage cheese and bread in a meat grinder with a fine mesh, add yolks, half a little softened butter, mix well.

Beat whites with a mixer. Stuff the minced meat well with a spoon.

Stuffing the minced meat on a greased baking sheet, you can with an asterisk or heart, it will be nice, or in portioned molds, level the stuffing. Grate cheese, sprinkle on top. Pour a little butter.
