You will need
- - pasta (fettuccine, spaghetti, tagliatelle);
- - 50 g of parmesan;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 50 ml of broth or paste water;
- - olive oil;
- - butter;
- - pepper, salt, thyme.

Boil the paste until cooked. Cut the zucchini very thinly (it is better to use a peeler). Instead of zucchini, you can take one young zucchini.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add prepared zucchini, fry for one minute over high heat.

Add the paste to the pan, pour the broth. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Do not wait for the cheese to melt, immediately mix the ingredients.

Arrange the prepared pasta in two plates, add 1/2 teaspoon of butter to each, sprinkle with thyme leaves, serve immediately to the table.
