You will need

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Combine both varieties of onions with parsley. Warm the oil in a pan and cook the onion mixture until soft. Remove from heat.

Combine the onion with minced meat. Roll out the dough on a table sprinkled with flour and cut into 12 rectangles. Lay the minced meat on them with a strip closer to one of the edges. Salt and pepper.
