  • - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar;

  • - 2.3 h.p. lemon juice;

  • - almond flakes.

Make the vanilla dough. Whip the butter with sugar until a creamy mass is obtained. Next, add 1 pc. Eggs. and beat well after each. Add vanilla to the finished mass and whisk again.

Sift flour with soda and baking powder. Add half to the vanilla dough and mix until smooth. Add sour cream to the cooked mass and mix well again. Next, add the remaining flour to the dough and mix. The dough for vanilla cake is ready.

Tea dough is also easy to make. Grind the almonds almost to the state of flour. Beat butter with sugar, add the egg and beat again. Add almonds to the resulting mass and mix.

Sift flour with tea, baking powder and soda. Mix half with the almond mass. Also, as in the vanilla dough, add sour cream. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly, add the remaining flour and mix again. The tea dough is ready.

Lubricate the baking dish with oil and put the dough in layers in it, first vanilla, then tea.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the cupcake to bake for 35-45 minutes.
