  • - 350 g of cottage cheese;

  • - 280 g of cottage cheese;

  • - 200 g of sour cream of 20% fat content;

  • - 100 g dried apricots;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - 1 large orange;

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina, corn starch, sugar;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fat cream;

  • - 10 g of vanilla sugar;

  • - butter for lubrication.

Rub the zest on a fine grater, mix with fat cream, set aside so that the mass is a little infused. While you can squeeze the juice from the pulp of an orange.

Rinse the dried apricots, pat dry on paper napkins, cut into small cubes, fill with orange juice, set aside too.

Mash cottage cheese with cottage cheese, add sour cream, vanilla and regular sugar. Beat eggs, mix until smooth. Introduce semolina, corn starch, cream with orange zest into the curd mass, mix everything until completely homogeneous. Drain the orange juice from the dried apricots, add it to the mass, mix again.

Smear the baking dish with butter, put the curd mass in it, put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Cook for 40-45 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 145 degrees, cook a creamy vanilla casserole for another 10-15 minutes. Cool the cooked casserole.

Cut the creamy vanilla casserole with dried apricots and curd cheese in portions, serve with hot tea and sour cream.
