For cheese soup you will need
- 250 g chicken fillet;
- 100 g of processed cheese;
- large onion;
- 200 g of potatoes;
- 100 g of carrots;
- salt, bay leaf, herbs (e.g. dill, parsley), pepper (to taste).
Cooking Cheese Soup
Pour one and a half liters of water into the pan, put the meat, set to cook. Add seasoning to taste in a boiled broth (up to half a teaspoon of salt, 1-2 leaves of parsley, 1-2 peas of black pepper).
Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut potatoes and onions into cubes. Grate the carrots or cut into small strips.
Remove the meat from the broth and cut it into small pieces.
Cut the cream cheese into cubes. Add potatoes to the boiling broth.
While the broth is boiling, lightly fry the onions and carrots in butter (add a little salt during the frying process). We also add grill and meat with soup and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Put cream cheese in the soup, mix well and remove from heat.
Serve the cheese soup, sprinkled with any herbs to taste.
Useful advice
It is often recommended to serve cheese soup with croutons. In this case, before cooking the soup, cut the old roll into cubes, dry it on a baking sheet or pan in the oven.
