Take eight chicken eggs, beat them until foam in a blender. Add milk to the beaten eggs and mix everything again, add a little salt. Add flour to the beaten eggs in small portions and mix. You should get a fluffy batter.

Thaw minced chicken well. Wash, peel and grate the garlic. Add garlic to minced chicken and mix, add red ground pepper and a little salt. Let the mince in the fridge for twenty to thirty minutes. Stuffing should be well saturated with spices.

Add grated cheese in the middle. Twist everything into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Top with butter and bake for half an hour. Remove toothpicks before serving.
