Such a gentle roll can be made with any filling, any minced meat or vegetable slicing is perfect.

Take eight chicken eggs, beat them until foam in a blender. Add milk to the beaten eggs and mix everything again, add a little salt. Add flour to the beaten eggs in small portions and mix. You should get a fluffy batter.

Thaw minced chicken well. Wash, peel and grate the garlic. Add garlic to minced chicken and mix, add red ground pepper and a little salt. Let the mince in the fridge for twenty to thirty minutes. Stuffing should be well saturated with spices.

Take a pan with a thick bottom, preferably very wide, so that the pancake turns out to be large. Make three to four pancakes from the egg dough. Pour in a thick layer and fry on one side. The pancake will be a little liquid on top. Cool the pancakes.

Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Lay out a pancake, evenly distribute a little minced meat on it, on top of it a pancake and minced again and so on until the ingredients run out. Add grated cheese in the middle. Twist everything into a roll and secure with toothpicks. Top with butter and bake for half an hour. Remove toothpicks before serving.
