Ingredients for cake:

-500g. sour cream

- a pinch of vanillin

-200gr. pitted cherries

-100gr. prunes

Cooking:

1. All ingredients for cake should be at room temperature. Melt the oil in advance in a water bath and cool. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla in a lush foam. Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa.

2. Combine the dry mixture with the egg and mix gently from the bottom up. Then add butter and mix again.

3. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the dough into it, flatten and bake in the “Baking” mode for 35 minutes. Then take out the cake and cool.

4. For cream, beat with a mixer the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Add zest at the end of whipping.

5. Cut the cake lengthwise into 3 parts and soak in syrup.

6. Lubricate the lower crust with cream, lay out a layer of steamed prunes. Cover it with a second cake, grease with a cream, put cherries on it and cover them with a third cake. Top and sides of the cake are also coated with cream. Garnish the cake to taste.
