You will need
- - Cream - 135 g
- - Dark chocolate - 200 g
- - Flour - 175 g
- - Cocoa powder - 40 g
- - Instant coffee - 2 tbsp.
- - Natural coffee (espresso) - 25 ml
- - Baking powder - 8 g

- - Brown sugar - 200 g
- - Eggs - 2 pcs.
- - Butter - 75 g
- - Yogurt (can be replaced with low-fat sour cream) - 150 g
- - Cherry in its own juice - 200 g
- - Orange or coffee liquor - 15 g

Heat 100 ml of cream to a temperature of 90 degrees, place in them 150 grams of chopped chocolate and after two minutes mix thoroughly the aroma to a uniform consistency. Cool.

Add oil and yogurt to the cooled mass and mix. You can use the mixer by setting it to the first speed mode.

Beat eggs lightly with a fork and add salt and sugar to them. Combine both mixtures.

Add natural and instant coffee, pour in flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix. Add cherries and liquor.

Grease the form with plenty of margarine and sprinkle cocoa. Place the dough in a mold and bake in a heated oven at a temperature of 170 degrees, about 50 minutes.

Cool the cupcake in shape, then carefully remove and let stand for about another hour, in the meantime, you can cook the icing.

Heat 35 ml of cream and melt the remaining chocolate in them. Pour the top of the cupcake with icing, then put the cupcake in a cool place so that the icing cools down.
