  • - 1/2 cup sugar;

  • - a handful of raisins;

  • - a bag of vanillin;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder;

Boil three potatoes in their skins, then cool and peel. Rinse thoroughly, dry it.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Mix egg yolks with sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. The mass should be quite thick.

Add mashed potatoes, raisins, a bag of vanillin and a baking powder to the mass with yolks. Mix everything thoroughly.

Beat the whites with a small pinch of salt until white, mix with the main mass. The result was an original potato sweet dough for future cupcakes.

Take a cupcake pan and carefully oil it. Please note - it will be difficult to get the finished cupcake out of the mold, do not neglect this point - the butter will simplify the cupcake delivery. You can cook not one big cupcake, but many small ones, then cover the molds with paper inserts, and reduce the cooking time by half.

Put the potato dough pan in the oven, cook for about 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees (preheat the oven in advance). Be guided by a dry wooden stick.
