You will need
400 grams of flour, 0.5 cups of cocoa, 100 milliliters of water, 1 tablespoon of soda, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 4 eggs, 150 grams of sugar substitute, 250 grams of margarine, 150 grams of peeled walnuts, vanilla to taste.

Bring cocoa in boiling water and cool to room temperature.

Mix flour, soda and salt. Add egg whites, vanillin, sugar substitute, softened margarine and cocoa.

Knead well until smooth. Grind the walnuts and add to the dough.

Cover the baking sheet with foil and evenly place the dough on it.

Bake chocolate for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Chill and cut the chocolate into portions.
