Sorrel soup is always aromatic, tasty, with a pleasant light acidity. A slow cooker is able to facilitate the cooking process of this first dish. From a minimum of ingredients you will get a soup with which you can feed your entire family to the full! At the same time, you will not particularly spend time and effort. So it’s worth taking a note of this recipe if you are not going to mess around in the kitchen for a long time, creating a culinary masterpiece.

- - four liters of water;
- - two bunches of sorrel;
- - four potatoes;
- - three eggs;
- - spices and other flavoring additives - are taken by an amateur.

Peel the potato, cut into strips or cubes, put in a multivar bowl. Rinse the sorrel bundles, sort, chop not very finely and send to the potatoes. Pour the indicated amount of water, if desired, you can replace it with chicken stock, if you want to cook a more satisfying soup. Even a cubed broth will do.

Add spices to taste. Cook for forty minutes ("Soup" mode). If you do not have this mode, then cook for "Extinguishing". In this case, increase the cooking time to one hour. You can add a couple of bay leaves (after cooking, do not forget to remove them).

Boil hard boiled eggs in advance, peel, chop large enough, send to soup after a beep. Leave the dish in the multicooker for another half an hour ("Heating" mode) so that it is insisted. During this time, it will become more fragrant and rich! It's that simple to cook soup in a slow cooker!

Serve hot, garnish with herbs, sprinkle with hot pepper or chopped garlic in each serving for flavor. You can serve with mayonnaise or sour cream - as you like.
