Sending children to school, about to go camping or on a picnic, having gone somewhere far away, I want a tasty, satisfying and proper sandwich in stock. A sandwich with Dutch cheese and vegetables is perfect for this purpose.

- - allspice;
- - tomato - 1 pc;
- - capers - 1 tsp;
- - sweet red pepper - 100 g;
- - hard Dutch rennet cheese - 100 g;
- - baguette - 1 pc.

Cut the baguette into halves, each half in half lengthwise. Put the bread on a baking sheet covered with parchment so that the cut is up. Brown the bread under the grill or in an oven preheated to 220oC for several minutes.

Cut cheese and red pepper into large slices. Tomatoes with a sharp knife into thin circles.

On half the toasts, add cooked sliced vegetables, capers and cheese. Place them in the oven for another 4 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.

Then sprinkle them with pepper, cover with halves of bread and wrap with parchment so as not to get your hands dirty when consumed.
